Link Industries and Coimec establish Isosteel Tech S.r.l. to develop PAROC distribution in Africa

Link Industries S.p.A. and Coimec Coibentazioni Termoacustiche S.p.A. announce the establishment of Isosteel Tech S.r.l., a new company created to develop the distribution of PAROC insulation materials and related accessories across African markets.

Isosteel Tech S.r.l. is held 51% by Link Industries S.p.A. and 49% by Coimec Coibentazioni Termoacustiche S.p.A., bringing together complementary expertise in technical solutions, insulation materials and commercial development.

Through this initiative, the Maritime, Building and Industrial Supply business unit takes a strategic step. The objective is not only to develop the business related to PAROC materials, but also to build, over time, a qualified commercial network and a consolidated presence in the African market.

The mission of Isosteel Tech is to strengthen the presence of PAROC products in Africa, a market that offers significant growth opportunities thanks to major investments in infrastructure, energy, industry and construction.With this new company, Link Industries and Coimec aim to combine product know-how, market expertise and a long-term commercial vision to support the development of high-quality insulation solutions in a region with strong potential for growth.

Furthermore, Isosteel Tech is expected to support the promotion and distribution of additional products and solutions developed by the companies of this business unit and, more broadly, by the Fratelli Cosulich Group.
