For the first time on our Annual Report, a section completely dedicated to our ESG Journey

For the first time, our 2022 Annual Report presents new sections dedicated to ESG (Environmental Social and Governance).

These paragraphs include an ESG Plan with short term goals for financial year 2023 as well as an ESG reporting journey that highlights milestones we set with the aim of being fully compliant with all regulations by 2025. The ESG Plan will be deepened in the coming years: it will encompass the overall strategy of the Group on ESG topics with longer term targets. The ESG team, working closely with the Corporate Finance function and the Commercial Intelligence team, conducted an exhaustive analysis work, creating a strategic network of Focal Points to act as “ambassadors” in each Company of the Group, providing every information and data.
