We are pleased to announce that Schiavetti Enzo S.r.l. has become part of the Fratelli Cosulich Group through its subsidiary Link Industries S.p.A. In the new corporate structure, Enzo Schiavetti remains as a partner and CEO.

The company, based in Genoa and operational since 1870, boasts extensive experience in the production and sale of hardware products for the naval and nautical industries, carrying out its activities for five generations and expanding its range of products and related services. Over the years, it has focused on the design and trade of hardware products for the naval and nautical sectors. The portfolio includes a wide range of solutions related to the world of doors and naval furnishings, locks, hardware accessories, and locking systems, currently used in all types of ships, including passenger ships, ferries, cargo ships, military vessels, and pleasure boats.

The long-established collaboration and extensive network of relationships with important brands in the industry, combined with the expertise of Schiavetti’s professionals, enable the company to continuously complete and innovate its range of solutions, responding to an ever-increasing number of customer needs.

This acquisition will enrich the already extensive offerings of Link Industries, active in thermal and acoustic insulation products, building ranges, and more generally in the entire Maritime, Building & Industrial Supply unit, which was recently established within the Group, showcasing continuous growth in the diversification of its activities.

Enzo Schiavetti, CEO of Schiavetti Enzo S.r.l. “We decided to seize an important opportunity by joining forces with a renowned entity in the sector, which can ensure continuity in our growth. The possibility of creating synergy with Link Industries convinced us that it was the right choice to look to a future of development and consolidation, with the belief that we found in the Cosulich Family and their management a shared commitment to objectives and values that have characterized our activity. The continued presence of Enzo Schiavetti as a minority partner and CEO ensures the continuity of management and the strongest foundations for the synergistic development of the company within and with the Cosulich Group. A future full of enthusiasm is opening up for Schiavetti Enzo S.r.l., which we hope will confirm over time the credibility gained through many years of sincere dedication to work.”

Marta Cosulich, CEO of Fratelli Cosulich Group and President of Link Industries S.p.A.

“The Cosulich family is undoubtedly deeply connected to the naval and shipbuilding sector, as evidenced by their central role in the establishment of the Monfalcone shipyards in 1908. Over more than 20 years, Link Industries has consolidated its expertise in offering solutions in this field, and we have chosen to join forces with a company that operates daily in the sector, merging our shared family passions, certain that they will be the driving force for joint and highly valuable growth. Today is a very important day for Link Industries as we expand the family by welcoming Enzo and his team onboard, with whom we share a long-term vision. I take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to Giulia Cosulich, CEO of Link Industries, and colleagues Paolo Siri and Simona Borghello, who will be part of the newly established Board of Directors of Schiavetti Enzo S.r.l., for their long efforts to bring this operation to a successful conclusion.”
