Coop Liguria chooses Olive to launch its recruiting campaign "Più che personale. Persone."

Starting this week, Coop Liguria will officially launch the "More than personnel. People." campaign, designed to actively recruit new talents, particularly 100 young professionals under the age of 30. These individuals will embark on a three-year paid training program aimed at preparing them for leadership roles in stores and at the headquarters.

The campaign, conceived and developed by Olive—the winner of the creative pitch—highlights Coop Liguria’s commitment to focus on the needs and aspirations of its employees. It does so by telling real stories: five employees who, thanks to Coop Liguria, have been able to improve their lives in terms of career growth, education, parenting, equal opportunities, and work-life balance.

At the heart of this campaign—one of the many initiatives celebrating Coop Liguria’s 80th anniversary—is the idea that every team member is not just part of the cooperative’s staff but a person with a unique story and fundamental needs. When these needs are acknowledged and nurtured, they bring added value not only to the individual but also to the cooperative and the entire community.

The multi-subject campaign will be featured on the website and social media, as well as in event and store installations, with selected press appearances in major newspapers. Each story is presented through a photographic portrait and a short video interview, where the five protagonists share their experiences in an open and authentic way.
