The dry bulk vessel M/V Toto has been officially acquired by PIMLICO Shipping Limited, becoming the latest addition to our Group fleet.

The unit is a dry bulk vessel of 7,967 DWT recently refurbished. It has been purchased by a primary Italian player and will be a bare boat chartered to Argo Shipping Limited.

The M/V Toto joins the fleet of General Cargo Vessels of the Group, which now counts 8 units: Monte Bianco, Hoverla, Monte Rosa, Tzarevna, Stellina, Vulcania, Saturnia, and the new arrival Toto. The Group's total fleet currently consists of 14 operational vessels, together with the 6 bunker tankers operating in Singapore, Alice Cosulich -  our LNG Small Scale & Bunker Vessel - and another unit yet to be named.

These results, combined with the operations carried out by Fratelli Cosulich Ship Management and the recent arrival in our business of Argenton & Soci, a provider of maritime satellite communication solutions, are a proof of our ongoing commitment and our will to be operational as the industry's leading shipowner, with the aim of always better serving our stakeholders.

The acquisition has been concluded with the support of Studio Legale Turci, Watson Farley & Williams as escrow agents, and Banca Popolare Milano.
