The 3rd edition of our International Managers’ Meeting 2025

On May 21–22, 2025, we held the third edition of our International Managers’ Meeting, the key annual event designed to bring together the leadership of our global network and foster connection, reflection, and growth.

The two-day meeting began with a welcome dinner hosted at the beautiful Terrazza Colombo in Genoa, while the official program took place at Villa Zerbino the following day, where more than 100 managers from across the world were welcomed into an immersive and thought-provoking experience. 

This year’s central theme, “Shift Stories”, invited each participant to reflect on a personal challenge: a moment where things went wrong, but which later became a turning point for learning and transformation. From these real-life stories, we built a collective narrative of growth. Through moderated workshop sessions and group discussions, we explored how vulnerability, accountability, and honest communication can spark a shift — in mindset, in outcomes, and in our ability to support one another as leaders.

Alongside “Shift Stories,” the meeting was also anchored to the Group’s guiding message for 2024: “Bridging to solutions.” A claim that reflects not only our strategic direction, but a cultural dedication to turning complexity into opportunity,  building lasting bridges between ideas, people, and industries.

The reflections and connections built during this edition of the IMM will continue to resonate, contributing to new ideas and future projects.
