Roadliner is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trans Europe Express (TEE), a well-established freight forwarding company based in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland

Founded in 1990, TEE is a family-run company with a strong reputation in the Scandinavian trade lane. Under the leadership of Managing Director Ryan McGovern, the company has built a loyal customer base and a solid market position, particularly in Northern Ireland’s port community.

This acquisition represents a key step in completing Roadliner’s European network, opening direct access to clients and partners in both Scandinavia and Northern Ireland. It will enable stronger commercial synergies, offering TEE’s customers access to the full range of services provided by the Fratelli Cosulich Group, while also expanding Roadliner’s reach into new strategic markets.

Located in the port city of Warrenpoint, the second largest port in Northern Ireland, TEE is well positioned within the growing Dublin–Belfast Economic Corridor. This region is experiencing increasing investment in logistics infrastructure, reinforcing its role as a key hub between Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Following the acquisition, TEE will continue to operate under its current management, ensuring continuity and stability. The company will benefit from the shared know-how, resources, and network of the Arcese and Fratelli Cosulich Group to support its long-term growth.

With this acquisition, Roadliner strengthens its presence in Northern Europe and consolidates its position as an integrated logistics provider within the Group. The operation underlines the ongoing commitment to sustainable growth, synergy creation, and value generation across all regions.
