Fabio Pesto appointed "Ambassador of Genoa in the world"

On October 12, 2023, 531 years after Christopher Columbus' expedition, the city of Genoa celebrated Columbus Day with an institutional ceremony at Palazzo Ducale.

To commemorate this anniversary, Mayor Marco Bucci seized this opportunity to introduce the new "Ambassadors of Genoa in the World."

Among the esteemed group, Fabio Pesto, founder and President of Pesto Sea Group, was awarded this prestigious title, following our President, Augusto Cosulich, who received it in 2017.

Once again, it has been another excellent opportunity for Pesto Sea Group to demonstrate its commitment to Genoa's maritime heritage while showcasing the city and promoting Liguria across the globe.
