Arcese Cosulich Turkey contributes to the transport of emergency materials for earthquake victims

After the Kahramanmaras earthquake, Arcese Cosulich Turkey cooperated with the local beneficiary association Sevgi ve Kardeslik Vakfi (SEVKAR) and other organisations to lend a helping hand to the earthquake victims.

As SEVKAR logistics partner, Arcese Cosulich Turkey immediately organised the transport of four trailers: one of water, one of hygiene materials. one of toys, food, clothes and hygiene items for children and women, and another one with toilets and emergency showers. In collaboration with the client ORS, Arcese Cosulich also organised two deliveries to the villages of Kahramanmaras.

The Circolo di Roma in Istanbul, in cooperation with the Italian Embassy in Ankara, managed the transport of new emergency toilets for the earthquake-stricken Turkish village of SEVKAR. Arcese Cosulich Turkey contributed to the operation with its own fleet of trucks, transporting the emergency products from Istanbul to Kirikhan Hatay to the Turkish village. The products were  delivered on Tuesday, 7 March 2023.

In the next week, Arcese Cosulich Istanbul will also provide other trailers from Meolo (Venice) to Kirikhan Hatay, in cooperation with the Municipality of Meolo, the Association of Italian Blood Volunteers (AVIS) and the Meolo Civil Protection.
