TPG EXPRESS Slovakia completes a critical delivery with OBC support

Our colleagues at TPG EXPRESS contributed to the success of a delicate and important operation for one of their clients.

A key customer in the automotive sector was facing difficulties in meeting a critical deadline: their samples were still in production in Shenzhen during the night between Sunday and Monday (local time). Sensing the urgency of the situation, TPG couriers immediately stepped in to offer support through their On Board Courier (OBC) service.

This service — one of the few capable of guaranteeing on-time delivery with near 100% reliability — represents the fastest and most secure solution in time-sensitive or high-stakes situations.

The shipment was collected on Monday morning at 11:00 local time in Shenzhen and delivered at 12:00 local time in Slovakia — ahead of schedule. The operation was a complete success and played a crucial role in protecting the client's reputation.
