We proudly announce the establishment of Fratelli Cosulich Adriatic, a new entity for overseeing the Group’s logistics and shipping operations in the Adriatic region.  Founded from the reorganization of Aegida Group into Danubia Holdings and FC Adriatic, this development reinforces the Group’s strategic focus on this vital area.

With nearly 170 years of history since its foundation in Mali Lošinj, Croatia, the launch of FC Adriatic underlines the Group’s roots, representing both a tribute to its heritage and a commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.

Fratelli Cosulich Adriatic consolidates expertise in freight forwarding, warehousing and depot services, road transport, and intermodal solutions. It integrates key companies such as TPG EXPRESS, ARKO Shipping, Depolink, and ASSA into a cohesive network, ensuring reliable and efficient services across the Balkans and Italy.  These operations are seamlessly connected to the “Powered by Cosulich Logistics” global network spanning 14 countries.

As a regional hub, FC Adriatic will drive investments in infrastructure, logistics capabilities, and in-house digital solutions. Aligned with the Group’s ESG strategy, the company is committed to environmentally and socially responsible operations, setting high standards for sustainable growth.
