From September 3 to 6, the 31st edition of SMM (Shipbuilding, Machinery and Marine Technology) Fair took place in Hamburg. Held biennially, this fair is one of the leading international events for the maritime trade industry, serving as a key meeting point for professionals in the maritime and shipbuilding sectors.
Over 40,000 participants from 120 countries attended this major event, taking advantage of a unique opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas, and fostering cooperation. This 31st edition focused on highly relevant topics, ranging from the maritime energy transition and digital transformation to geopolitical challenges, decarbonization, recruitment, and AI.
Among the exhibitors were our teams from Schiavetti Enzo S.r.l. and Link Industries S.p.A. had the pleasure of attending the event together, for the first time as colleagues. The perfect occasion to expand relationships and strengthen synergies between the teams.
