Matteo Avenoso appointed General Manager of the Group’s Digital business unit

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matteo Avenoso as General Manager of the Cosulich Digital business unit, in addition to his current role leading Internal and External Communication for the Fratelli Cosulich Group.

Matteo joined the Group within the Corporate Finance department as Financial Controller, supporting several Group companies and contributing to the strengthening of reporting processes, cross-border financial coordination and the successful execution of multiple M&A transactions.

Over the years, Matteo has progressively taken on broader responsibilities, playing a key role in the development and integration of the Group’s digital ecosystem. His ability to work across finance, technology and communication, combined with a strong understanding of the Group’s culture and business dynamics, has contributed to the creation of a more structured and coordinated digital environment.

In his new role, Matteo will oversee the strategic development, operational coordination and integration of all companies within the Cosulich Digital business unit, as well as the alignment of digital platforms and innovation initiatives across the Group.

This appointment reflects our commitment to fostering innovation and ensuring closer alignment between technology, business objectives and corporate identity, in an area that is increasingly interconnected with the Group’s core activities and daily operations.

Matteo Avenoso will report to Matteo Cosulich, Head of Cosulich Digital, and will work in close collaboration with Group management and the leadership teams of the digital companies.
