Introducing the new Group Legal Counsel

The Group is pleased to announce that we are growing, hiring new corporate positions who allow us to make a qualitative leap. So we are delighted to welcome on board our new Group Legal Counsel, Mrs. Antonietta Di Buono.

In her background of 17 years of legal experience, Antonietta worked for Rimorchiatori Riuniti in Genoa as Legal Counsel, and previously as Legal Supervisor for MSC in New York, and Associate Attorney in the Law Firm Liconti Galliano e Associati.

Mrs. Di Buono will initially report to Stefano Abate, our CFO, and will move to the New York office at the end of the year, with an unchanged role, focused on the Group’s global business.

Her priorities will focus on providing legal support and guidance on legal matters to business activities, including: acting as a Corporate Secretary for the Group’s companies, supporting the Board and Managers on M&A transactions and other extraordinary operations, ensuring the supervision of the Group subsidiaries, and also the compliance with laws and regulations in collaboration with the existing teams (like the ESG one, and Credit department).
