International Managers' Meeting 2026: building a stronger Group, together

On September 17, the Fratelli Cosulich Group held its 2026 International Managers' Meeting, bringing together managers from across the Group to review progress, address the challenges ahead and discuss the priorities that will shape the next phase of our development.

Different industries, markets and geographies, but one Group.

The meeting provided the opportunity to look beyond individual businesses and focus on how their expertise, services and capabilities can increasingly work together.

Our Chairman, Augusto Cosulich, identified three clear priorities: filling gaps, supporting growth with stronger organisational structures, and increasing the Group's activities to be closer to the external world. His closing message was equally clear: growth requires patience and ambition, but also the ability to recognise when the time has come to make a decision.

A central part of the discussion was also dedicated to the evolution of our management model and the goal of making decisions within a shared Group direction.

Preserving the identity and strength of each company does not mean operating in isolation. It means sharing information better, collaborating where it creates value and using the resources already available across the Group — people, expertise, technology and digital capabilities, more effectively.

The objective is not to make every company look the same. It is to make each of them stronger by being part of the same Group.

IMM26 was another step in that direction.

It was also an edition of experimentation: alongside the traditional live speeches delivered by our managers, selected sessions introduced more creative formats, including AI-built aliases, developed through the Group’s internal creative capabilities and used to bring a different level of energy to the room.
