ICC Belgium - Express Global Belgium

Johan Proost, our managing director for Express Global Belgium, has been elected as chair for the ICC Belgium Commission COMMERCIAL LAW & PRACTISE and the advisory board of the ICC Belgium. The announcement has been made on August 15).

The rules of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice (CLP), such as Incoterms® 2010, have become part of the legal fabric of international commerce, benefiting from the direct access of ICC to the national governments.

Every country, member of the ICC, has such a commission and for Belgium our colleague has just been appointed. This is a spin off of the chair for the Incoterms 2020 for Belgium.
