Gente di Mare initiates a collaboration with Carnival Corporation, the world’s largest cruise company, to develop dedicated training programmes for maritime personnel.
The initiative represents an important step in the Company’s growth path and strengthens its role in maritime training and professional development, bringing an international project to Livorno and to the Italian maritime system.
The project will progressively develop training activities that combine Carnival Corporation’s global operational experience with GDM’s expertise and regulatory framework, ensuring alignment with international standards and Italian regulations.
For the territory, this contributes to reinforcing the role of Livorno and Tuscany as strategic hubs for maritime training, while creating new opportunities for professional growth in the sector.
