Fratelli Cosulich obtains BB Stable Rating from CreditReform Rating Agency

We are pleased to announce that Creditreform, one of Europe's leading rating agencies, has reaffirmed Fratelli Cosulich Group's BB Stable rating, based on the financial and operational results disclosed in our 2023 Annual Report.

This reflects our financial security in the midst of a highly complex geopolitical and macroeconomic environment. It also emphasizes our methodical approach to sustainable growth and risk management. We received a public BB Stable rating last year based on the 2022 Consolidated Results. That was the first year that we solicited an external independent rating.

This confirmation for the second consecutive year is especially significant to us. It validates our ability to deal with volatile market conditions while maintaining a strong credit profile.
