FemoBunker: a strategic development within the Fratelli Cosulich Group

FemoBunker, our company active in bunker trading for the yachting sector, established on the strategic vision of our Capt. Antonio Cosulich and Fabio and Massimiliano Pesto, has just undergone shareholder changes within the Fratelli Cosulich Group. The previously affiliated company is now controlled by the parent company, which now owns 62% of the share capital.

This change reflects the Group's desire to invest in strategic areas such as Yachting and Marine Energy, sectors with strong growth and great development potential. "This operation fits perfectly into the Group's strategy of expanding and consolidating services in the Yachting sector" said Tomaso Moreno, CEO of Yachting for the Fratelli Cosulich Group. "We are convinced that FemoBunker, with its experience and professionalism, will contribute significantly to the achievement of our goals."

Timothy Cosulich, CEO of Marine Energy for the Fratelli Cosulich Group, added: "The strengthening of FemoBunker testifies to our commitment in the Marine Energy sector, an area in which we strongly believe and in which we want to be protagonists of the energy transition. We continue to focus on FemoBunker and the leadership of Ugo Pastorino, to whom our full confidence goes." This corporate development will allow FemoBunker to benefit from increased synergies with the Group's other companies. To date, the company has successfully integrated its commercial offer with Pesto Sea Group and Catalano activities in the Mediterranean and global markets, thereby strengthening its offer and market positioning.

With a turnover of over 70 million euros and 9 highly qualified employees, FemoBunker represents a solid and growing reality. The company has also recently welcomed one of the trainees of the Empowering Minds project of the Fratelli Cosulich Group, demonstrating its commitment to the training and development of young talents.

In line with its dedication to innovation and sustainability, the company has expanded its activities in the supply of alternative fuels. Following the first HVO delivery, several others have taken place, with sales to yachts in multiple countries worldwide. In addition to Italy, FemoBunker has supplied HVO in Spain, France, and Florida in recent years. Furthermore, the company is actively engaged in the supply of another alternative fuel. With methanol delivery that already happened in La Spezia, FemoBunker is now developing procedures to extend methanol supply to other ports across Italy. In this area, the company is refining strategic collaborations with key players in the yachting industry.
