Connecting people and teams in Hoboken

Our HR Manager of the Italian offices, Glenda Badano, had the pleasure of visiting the offices of our colleagues in Hoboken, USA. 

These new, spacious, and bright environments offer an excellent setting for collaboration and growth, and it was inspiring to see how our colleagues have already made it a welcoming workplace. The visit was also the perfect occasion to meet in person with some team members for the first time, share ideas and experiences, and enjoy a convivial lunch together.

This trip was not only about discovering the new offices, but also about strengthening connections across the Group.  As part of our corporate functions, Glenda’s visit reflects our ongoing dedication to staying close to our people, supporting local teams, understanding their daily work environment, and reinforcing the link between headquarters, regional offices, and the communities that surround them.
