Argenton & Soci: full acquisition completed, a new phase begins

The acquisition of the remaining shares of Argenton & Soci by GeneSYS Informatica completes a journey that started two years ago alongside founders Andrea and Maurizio.
As you well know, Argenton & Soci has already created strong synergies within the Group – particularly with our IT department, Yachting, and FC Shipmanagement. But this is just the beginning. We’re now entering a new phase of full operational integration between Argenton and GeneSYS Informatica, with the aim of building an even stronger and more agile offering.
This new chapter will be led by Matteo Delfino, recently appointed General Manager of Argenton & Soci. With his solid operational background and client-focused mindset, Matteo will work to develop even closer commercial ties between Argenton and the rest of the Group.
