With over two decades of experience, Marzio has held various leadership positions in the logistics and automotive industries, showcasing his expertise in strategic planning, sales management, and customer relations.
At Arcese, Marzio defines and deploys strategies to ensure the best profitability and global customer satisfaction in the automotive commodity. His leadership has been instrumental in managing key accounts and driving the company's success in delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Within the Arcese Group Marzio covered several positions as CEO of RED Scarl, a consortium aimed to a sustainable logistic and CEO at SARLOG S.r.l. a pure trucking company and contributed in developing new business and partnership like the recent XCA where he is a Board Member.

Prior to join Arcese, Marzio was General Manager at Gruppo Mercurio, where he consolidate his experience in Finished Vehicles Logistic.

Marzio's journey also includes significant contributions in roles at TRENITALIA, as wagons fleet manager, and different experiences in FIAT Auto SpA, and GM-FIAT World Wide Purchasing, where he honed his skills in sales, logistics and procurement.

Educated at Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II', Marzio holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with laude, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
