Giacomo Traverso

Giacomo Traverso started working in the agency of COSCO Shipping Lines in 2000. During the first 5 years he had the chance to operate in several departments (Equipment Control, Export Documentation, Import Dept.), gaining a wide experience. From 2005 to 2007 he had been employed for COSCOS Srl, the logistic and road division of COSCO. He was mainly dedicated to the intermodal service develop, including both operational and sales activities. At the end of 2007 he joined Express S.r.l., as Sales Manager, when the Company started to evolve from a simple Custom Broker to a Freight Forwarder. He had the mission to build a portfolio of new customers ranging in different sectors, as direct importers and exporters. In the 2013, after the merge with Planet Cargo S.r.l, he was appointed Country Sales Manager of Express Global Italy. Since 2023 he is part of Express S.r.l. Board of Directors.
