Yachtie Career Day is back: connecting futures in the industry

On March 28th, the second edition of the Yachtie Career Day —a key event dedicated to the yachting community— took place in Genoa.

Organized by Genoa Superyacht Hub, a brand of Pesto Sea Group and Amico & Co., in collaboration with the Professional Yachting Association, the event aimed at bringing together captains and crews of superyachts with the most important yachting recruiters like Bluewater, Hill Robinson, The Crew Network, yachting associations and trainers.

Not only was it an important opportunity for networking and professional development within the yachting industry, but it has contributed year after year to strengthening Genoa's position as an increasingly recognized hub for the Mediterranean yachting industry. The 2025 edition, held at the Waterfront Marina in Genoa, featured a dynamic and well-structured agenda. The morning sessions allowed attendees to meet with recruiters. In the afternoon, the focus shifted to training activities and workshops. Crews had the chance to sharpen their skills, engage directly with recruiters, discuss career paths, take part in training workshops, and gain insights from experienced yachting industry trainers.

The event concluded with a networking cocktail, bringing together all the crews and event sponsors. A fantastic opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore career opportunities within the vast yachting industry.
