TRASGO has published its 2025 Annual Report, for the second time in the company’s history.
After a first year of transition, 2025 was a year of execution: managing growth, strengthening the organisation and making the company’s direction even clearer.
The Report tells the story of a team that continued to expand its presence across Italy, with new logistics sites in Lavagno, Marcianise and Catania, while reinforcing transport and warehousing activities to support increasingly complex and integrated flows.
During the year, TRASGO also worked on structure, processes and operational control. The integration of warehouse IT systems, the development of real-time monitoring activities and the launch of integrated container transport projects all contributed to building a more coordinated and responsive operating model.
Fleet development also remained part of this evolution, with the modernisation of vehicles, the introduction of electric forklifts and the arrival of the company’s first 100% electric truck. But the central message of the Annual Report is not only about growth. It is about how that growth is managed: through consistency, direct involvement, operational responsibility and people who remain at the centre of the system.
A second Annual Report, and another step in the same direction: building a stronger TRASGO, ready to support its clients with reliability, flexibility and a clearer national presence.
“In 2025, we at TRASGO started to define more clearly what we want to become. At the same time, this year helped us make a clear choice about our positioning. Through our investments, we are developing one of the most relevant privately managed warehousing platforms in Italy, in terms of scale and operational standards. This step made our direction even clearer: to further raise the level of our service, focusing on clients who are not driven only by price, but by reliability, control and quality over time. If you want to guarantee quality, you need to manage it directly. And so, people remain at the centre of this system. In 2025, our direction became clear. And we will continue to grow in the way that best represents TRASGO: listening, acting, delivering in the shortest way possible.” Marco Donati, CEO
“2025 was a year of execution. The priority was clear: manage growth and make it work. So, we worked on structure in the last 12 months. Processes had to be consistent. Systems had to be aligned. Teams had to operate in the same way, regardless of location or activity. The increase was not only in volumes, but really in complexity. More interfaces, more coordination, more responsibility on the final result. In the past, the focus was mainly on execution. Today, across all areas, the expectation is to understand the process, anticipate needs and respond quickly. We are involved in the outcome, not only in the task.2025 was a year where we had to manage more, in a more structured way. We did it, and I am proud of all my teams.” Lucian Rachita, General Manager
