In recent years, the Agency activities of the Group have experienced significant and steady growth.  Thanks to several acquisitions and to the increasing number of port calls managed by our long-established offices, we are proud to have consistently surpassed 1,000 port calls per year.

As our network has expanded, so has the need to further streamline and strengthen our operations. With this objective in mind, the Group has launched a process aimed at enhancing efficiency and coordination across all Agency offices.

A key step in this journey is the introduction of a single, shared software platform that will be adopted by all Group companies providing port agency services, under the coordination of our Genoa hub office. This unified system will support a more structured and harmonized way of working, reinforcing collaboration across locations.

In this context, colleagues from the Tramp office recently visited Gatship, based in Porsgrunn (Norway), a leading company in the development of digital solutions for the shipping industry and among the first to create a platform specifically designed to support the operational activities of maritime agencies.

We are confident that the implementation of structured and shared operational processes, built around a single, recognizable Fratelli Cosulich approach, will deliver tangible benefits in terms of efficiency, control and service quality, further contributing to the Group’s growth and consolidation.
