With the title 'Sailing on crossroads', we are pleased to share with you our Group's Annual Report 2022.
2022 has undoubtedly been a significant year for us.
With a propitious economic situation and an essential contribution from our past investments, our Group achieved unprecedented historical results:
- Turnover € 2.2 billion
- EBITDA € 68.7 million (1.8x vs. 2021)
- Net Result € 52 million (1.7x vs. 2021)
Such positive performance is the result of a fundamental cooperation between all 13 business units of the Group, among which the contribution of the Marine Fuel & LNG sector, shipbuilding, logistics and freight forwarding actvities, as well as a recent and increasing diversification into the steel industry, thanks to the operations carried out by our related Trasteel Group, are certainly outstanding.
In a dedicated timeline you can find all the extraordinary and diverse M&A activities, and asset investments, we have conducted during the past year.
In addition, and essential from a strategic point of view, our Group has decided to move ahead of the times, in relation to 2025 compliance, by embarking on its own ESG journey. From this year, in fact, you will find in the document all the information prepared by our newborn team, together with the roadmap established for the next 3 years.
