Releasing our Annual Report 2025: Standing Over Waves
Fratelli Cosulich Group is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report 2025, now available online.
2025 was a year shaped by uncertainty: macroeconomic volatility, geopolitical tensions, shifting trade routes and less predictable market dynamics. In this environment, the Group focused on solidity, integration and clarity of direction.
At the heart of this year’s Report is the concept of Standing Over Waves. It is not about standing still, but about facing change with awareness, turning uncertainty into direction and keeping a steady course when conditions are difficult.
The Group closed 2025 with solid results. Consolidated turnover amounted to €1.896 billion, affected by fuel prices, market dynamics and the euro dollar exchange rate, particularly in Marine Energy and bunker trading activities. EBITDA stood at €58.6 million, substantially in line with the previous year, confirming the Group’s ability to protect margins and operating profitability.
Group Net Profit reached €20.0 million, while the net profit attributable to Fratelli Cosulich S.p.A. shareholders increased to €15.0 million. Consolidated Net Equity amounted to €256.2 million, with liquid assets remaining strong at €120.0 million.
Behind these figures is a year of consolidation and targeted growth. The Group continued to simplify its structure, strengthen internal processes and invest in assets, infrastructure and new business opportunities.
Key developments included the launch of Fratelli Cosulich South Korea, the acquisition of Trans Europe Express in Belfast, the entry of Navimeteo into the Group’s maritime intelligence perimeter and the delivery of Maya Cosulich, the world’s first vessel capable of both carrying and operating on methanol.
The Annual Report 2025 also reflects the Group’s approach to innovation. Artificial Intelligence is seen as a practical tool to support operations, not as a destination in itself. What remains central is the trust built over time with clients, partners and people across the Group.
