FC Turkey team attended the Dragon Boat Festival 2023

Colleagues from Fratelli Cosulich Turkey attended the 2023 edition of Dragon Boat Festival.  This year the festival was held from September 16 to 17 in Istanbul, in a huge park on the seaside, and this edition was the first for the FC Turkey team. 

The event was attended by 72 well known brands and companies, each with a rowing team between 12 and 16 employees, and at least 4 had to be women.  Each team had stands and tents, like a mix between a fair and a festival, with music and other entertainment activities. Among the participants and visitors, there were also many university clubs.  A great opportunity to promote their brand and products, showing other participants their activities. The FC Turkey team had a company flag, making sure they announced their name frequently in the area.

The Dragon Boat Festival offered a perfect occasion to strengthen the team spirit, becoming cohesive and unified  between competitions and training sessions.  The Festival also played an important role for each employee, increasing their motivation and sense of belonging to their coworkers. 

Colleagues from FC Turkey had a lot of fun, and this competition helped to enhance communication, harmony, and overall team building, as well as create new synergies and opportunities for more sales.
