Express Global UK sponsored the British Bobsleigh Team

The colleagues of Express Global UK proudly sponsored the travel arrangements for members of the British Bobsleigh Team. 

Our British colleagues are always pushing to achieve success. In fact, recently they have been sponsors for the travel arrangements of the British Bobsleigh Team members to compete in the Cortina Push Championships. 

The event was attended by hundreds of competitors and represented an important occasion, playing a massive part in their training programme, as they prepared for the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics.  Even though Mica Moore, Kya Placidee, Nick Gleeson, Luka Williams, Matthew Wekpe and Tom Harris are already all professional athletes, their training has been only partially funded by UK Sport. 

However logistics, effort and success are specialities for Express Global UK, so they are proud to have helped athletes planning and funding their trip to this important event. With our colleagues, everyone wins, indeed the participants ranked as follows:

• Gold for Mica Moore in the Women’s mono bob
• Silver for Kya Placidee in the Women’s mono bob
• Silver for Nick Gleeson and Tom Harris in the 2 man bob
• Bronze for Nick Gleeson, Tom Harris, Luka Williams & Matthew Wekpe in the 4 man bob;

Thanks to the team's regular updates of their adventure on all their social media channels, it was a  great exposure for the Express Global brand. They look forward to keeping a close eye on the athletes' developments, helping them on route to the Olympics!
