A visit to Beijing - Link’s global synergy in action

The Link Industries team recently had the pleasure of visiting our colleagues at the Link Trading Beijing office. Michela Baroni – General Manager of Link – and Marta Cosulich – our Group Board Member – spent a few days in Beijing, taking the opportunity to strengthen their collaboration and explore future projects together.

The Beijing office houses a six-person team, including four technical engineers who manage supplier relationships and carry out on-site quality control – a key part of ensuring our standards are met at every stage.

During the visit, they also had the chance to meet with Massimiliano Giovannone, who oversees procurement and R&D for the construction sector, and to tour one of Link’s most important foundries. Seeing the production process of these manhole covers first-hand was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and align on upcoming initiatives.

The Beijing team plays a crucial role in ensuring that shipments are carried out on time and in the most efficient way possible. But above all, their deep knowledge of the local market and fluency in the language are what truly make the difference.
