Bonded and unbonded goods' warehouses

In 2018, Fratelli Cosulich Group purchased a national, bonded warehouse in association with local partners. This logistics base has storage capacity for all kinds of products, including food.

Covering more than 5,600 sqm and strategically located in Cascina close to the port of Livorno and the international airport in Pisa and directly linked to the motorway system, our warehouses can stock goods under different tax positions. We are approved by the Italian Customs Authority for the temporary warehousing of goods and, being authorised to act in the simplified declaration procedure, we can streamline customs clearance procedures, with suspended VAT payment.

Luvitrans can offer warehousing services thanks to an owned area of 1.200 sqm, close to the airport of Milan Malpensa. The warehouse can handle both general and dangerous cargoes under different tax positions and offers operations like container' stuffing, stripping and repackaging. The core business of Luvitrans is also the transport by land all over the European Community.

Arcese Cosulich Turkey offers a wide range of road freight services (international, national, express & high security, distribution and intermodal services) and highly qualified and forefront warehousing services.

Through the company SULTAN ANTREPO established in 2009 the partnership between Arcese and Fratelli Cosulich grants to his clients its services through an important logistic center based in a strategic point of Istanbul (Turkey) of 11.058 sqm, with a bonded warehouse of 8.058 sqm and an unbonded warehouse of 3.450 sqm. Through this logistic center the partners can offer a wide range of warehousing and logistic services to the whole area.

Arcese Cosulich has obtained two major acknowledgements: the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications for Safety Management Systems issued by DQS, the international management system certification body.

Closed warehouses, silos, conveyor belts, Customs weighbridge at discharge

The activity of multimodal forwarders requires strategic investments, thanks to our company Marlines, we opt for the installation of a Customs truck port weighbridge for the direct weighing of goods at discharge or at load through our Monfalcone terminal. The position of the weighbridge has dramatically minimized trucks idle time in the port, speeding up and allowing more precise truck reloading, making it easy for truckers to adjust the loaded weight according to governing transport regulations.

We are further equipped with conveyor belts for the reloading of dry bulk materials on silotrucks, and we offer 4 horizontal silos for the containment of specific bulk commodities, such as coal, energy products, marine salt for winter deicing

We further offer covered storage cargoes sensible to humidity and rain, up to 25.000 tons, under an abundant roofed area of 6.400 smq, with a useful height of 8,50 meters, of 80x80 meters and protected on three sides from adverse weather and dusts generated during cargo handling.

Among our complementary services we provide the inspection and the monitoring of batches, the sampling according to commercial and Customs standards, the supervision and survey of cargo conditions and eventual damages, draft surveys, and conformity and quality certificates in venture with accredited inspection companies.

Containers' Depot - M&R

Located just few kilometres from the main container terminals in Venice port, Ambro terminal is an area of around 15.000 sqm specialized in handling of empty containers, maintenance, repair and cleaning.

The area has been completely asphalted in 2019. Ambro terminal can offer the best and highly IT support to the customers thanks to the last investments in modern software in order to receive and send all EDI files to the main Carriers.

Ambro Terminal is also an authorized weighing station for VGM. CFS âContainer Full Serviceâ is a container depot located in Piacenza of around 14.000 sqm. CFS can stock and move both empty and full containers. CFS is specialized in the activity of container cleaning, maintenance and repair. CFS is also an authorized weight station for VGM (verified gross mass)

CFS is located in a really strategic area, perfect to connect both Genoa and La Spezia port. CFS has developed high quality IT system to satisfy all customer needs.
