Express Global Group

Founded in Italy in 1999, Express Global is an international freight forwarder, IATA and AEO member, dealing in both import and export traffics. The company's structure is suited to serve many different markets. Express Global has its own branch offices located in Italy, Felixstowe, Dublin, Izmir, Istanbul, New York, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Koper, Rijeka, Zagreb and Belgrade.

Archimede Gruden S.r.l.

Founded in 1930 Archimede Gruden, AEO member, is able to offer highly skilled and professional assistance for shipments by sea, air and land. Archimede Gruden has its own offices located in New York and Hong Kong. Recently Archimede Gruden acquired Luvitrans International, certified IATA and AEO member, with offices located in Concorezzo, close to Milan. Luvitrans can offer warehousing services thanks to an owned area of 1.200 sqm, close to the airport of Milan Malpensa.

The warehouse can handle both general and dangerous cargoes under different tax positions and offers operations like container' stuffing, stripping and repackaging. The core business of Luvitrans is also the transport by land all over the European Community.

Fratelli Cosulich Taşımacılık Hizmetleri Ltd.Sti.

In 2006 Fratelli Cosulich Taşımacılık Hizmetleri Ltd.Sti. was established in Turkey with offices in Istanbul city, Istanbul airport and Izmir. Since then the company has developed his important role in the movement of goods as essential go-betweens in the import/export process and providing assistance to clients needing help facilitating their international trading operations. Fratelli Cosulich Turkey is able to work out the best method and route for moving their clients' freights utilizing several modes of transport (sea, air, road and rail). Fratelli Cosulich Turkey, thanks to their excellent relationship with all those working in the shipping sector, is able to grant through its qualified and skilled Team that the cargo reaches its destination in the shortest possible amount of time, in an environmentally friendly and safe manner and at the most affordable rate.

Oc Lines Taşımacılık ve Lojistik A.S.

In 2017 Fratelli Cosulich and OC Lines Israel signed a joint-venture operating in the freight forwarding field in Turkey called Oc Lines Taşımacılık ve Lojistik A.S. This Group's company specialized in the transport of goods from/to Israel , provides End-to-End supply chain solutions including: Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Logistics Services, Drop Shipments, Owned Consoled Boxes, Transport of Dangerous Goods, Warehousing, Packaging-Labelling, Insurance Policies, Customs Clearance and thanks to the various important memberships ( PPL, C5C, CGLI, WFN, WCA, Motion and Africa Logistics network), thanks to the well-established cooperation with the world leading ocean carriers, and the major airlines and thanks to the presence of a qualified network of agents around the world, OC Lines Turkey provides a wide range of shipping services with most of the world coverage.

Founded in 1977, MARLINES SRL, based in North East of Italy, can take care of your goods from the production site or warehouse till the destination guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and reliability

Arcese-Cosulich Ireland Ltd.

In 2009 Fratelli Cosulich and Arcese signed a joint venture by establishing Arcese-Cosulich Ireland Ltd. The Cosulich' experienced team with extensive knowledge of both the Italian and the Irish market and the expertise of Arcese's team in land transport service helped ArceseCosulich Ireland to emerge as one of Ireland's leaders in transport services from and to Italy. By 2010 Arcese-Cosulich had expanded its services beyond Italy, to include regular departures from France, Spain, Germany and Benelux both of general and temperaturecontrolled cargo, making it into a one-stop shop for many companies in the food industry importing dry and perishable goods by road into Ireland and the UK. In introducing multimodal services from Italy, Arcese-Cosulich filled a gap in the market for groupage shipments that are either non urgent or that are made up of low-value goods.

Arcese-Cosulich Ireland and Roadliner International Ltd main operations are:
- Driver-accompanied (Standard) groupage services from Italy and Ireland and Northern Ireland
- Multimodal (Economy) groupage services from Italy and Ireland by 45'HC box containers, curtain sided and mega trailers;
- European groupage services via Antwerp and Venlo (Continental Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltics) , Italy (Malta, Greece and the Balkans) , and Barcelona (Iberian Peninsula);
- Full loads by curtain sided and reefer trailers and containers. European wide services;
- Goods transported : General, ADR and temperature-controlled cargo.
